Oh, the Tomato. If you don't grow your own, finding a good one, much like the elusive Peach, is difficult to do. I like growing my own, but have not had the ability of late with the destruction of my property that is the house remodel. So I search the Markets for one that looks edible. The other day I was in a Chain Supermarket and they had a display of "Jersey Tomatoes". Boy, they looked good. It was hot out side, and the thought of a nice, cool BLT sounded so good. So I took the chance, and I got lucky, big time. This tomato was so good. I was kicking myself for not buying more, but then thought, it's early in the season and there will be more. So I sat back and enjoyed. Hope you all do , too.
