A total of six national polls, two of them very objective and known to be quite accurate, as well as one by a Democrat-leaning polling firm and three by national media organizations all show the president facing a majority of the voters disapproving of his performance as president. No president, since tracking polls have measured approval and disapproval by the voters, has won reelection without polling at least 51 percent approval on election day. These numbers are solidly illustrating disapproval of President Obama and indicate his likely defeat for reelection in November.
